Terms of Service

These Terms govern Tempo Foundry websites, applications and digital projects unless a product presents additional terms.

Services and accounts

Tempo Foundry creates software, link and recommendation tools, connection concepts, cultural archives, publishing projects and creative-media sites. Some products use Google Sign-In. You are responsible for your Google account and authenticated activity.

Acceptable use

You may not use our services to violate law or rights; distribute malware; facilitate fraud, phishing, harassment or threats; evade security; overload systems; create deceptive links; impersonate others; or distribute illegal or exploitative content.

Links and user content

Short links may lead to third-party sites that Tempo Foundry does not control. Link owners are responsible for configured destinations. You retain rights in content you submit and grant Tempo Foundry a limited license to host, process and display it only as needed to operate the chosen feature.

Intellectual property and archives

Tempo Foundry code, designs, text, product names and mascots are protected by law. Museum artwork, archives, Route 66 materials, photographs, recordings and performer content may have distinct owners and permissions. Public access does not place material in the public domain. The Butch Breger Museum is a serious preservation project; commercial reproduction or misleading alteration is prohibited unless expressly permitted.

Charlie RW

Charlie RW is a family-managed portfolio for a minor performer. Do not use it to target, profile or exploit a minor. Business inquiries must use approved family-managed contact methods.

Affiliates, paid features and availability

Tempo Foundry may earn affiliate commissions from qualifying purchases. Paid services may have checkout-specific terms. Services are provided as available and may change or be discontinued.

Disclaimers and liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. TEMPO FOUNDRY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF AMOUNTS PAID FOR THE RELEVANT SERVICE IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS OR US $100.

Texas law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Courts in Collin County, Texas have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
