Tempo Foundry

Privacy Policy

Effective July 22, 2026

This policy explains how Tempo Foundry, founded by Rich Williams in Plano, Texas, handles information across LinkWombat, ShareShuffle, LNKDX, Duet Loop, Metromance, The Butch Breger Museum, Eternal Route 66, Charlie RW, and related services.

Information you provide

Depending on the product, you may provide links, recommendations, notes, profile information, preferences, feedback, uploaded images, settings or other content needed for a feature. Private dashboards and unpublished account data are not intended to be public.

Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication

Selected Tempo Foundry applications use Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. For ordinary sign-in, Google and Firebase may provide a unique account identifier, name, email address, profile image, authentication provider and verification status. Tempo Foundry does not receive or store your Google password. We use this information to identify returning users, protect private dashboards, associate saved content with the correct account, and prevent unauthorized access. We do not access Gmail, Drive, contacts or calendars unless a future product clearly requests a separate permission and explains why before consent.

Technical information

Our infrastructure may process IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, requested URLs, referring pages, error logs and security events to deliver pages, operate redirects, prevent abuse and maintain reliability.

Cookies and local storage

Authentication and product features may use cookies or local storage to keep users signed in, remember settings and maintain security state. Limited analytics may be used where enabled. Tempo Foundry does not sell personal information.

Service providers

Products may use Google Firebase and Google Cloud services including Authentication, Hosting, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Storage and security logging. Other features may use domain, payment, email, affiliate, analytics, social or media providers under their own policies.

Links and affiliates

Our products may create or resolve links to third-party destinations. Those sites have their own privacy practices. Some eligible links may include affiliate attribution, allowing Tempo Foundry to earn a commission without increasing the user’s price.

Arts, archives and minors

The Butch Breger Museum and Eternal Route 66 publish cultural, historical, artistic and archival materials. Charlie RW is a family-managed professional portfolio for a minor performer. Rights, attribution, correction and removal requests are reviewed individually. Tempo Foundry does not knowingly invite children under 13 to create general-purpose accounts without appropriate parental or school involvement.

Use, sharing and retention

We use information to operate, secure and improve products; authenticate users; save user-directed content; prevent abuse; answer support and legal requests; and comply with law. We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate features, when directed by the user, to protect people or services, or when legally required. Retention varies by product and data type and is limited to reasonable operational, security and legal needs.

Your requests

You may request access, correction, deletion or removal of eligible account information or content. We may verify the request and retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention or law.

Security and changes

We use reasonable safeguards, managed authentication and encrypted connections, but no service can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as products and laws change.
